Shipping & Returns
Systems are sent to your shipping address that you provide during the order. Shipments are via UPS ground. We’ll notify you by email when your item ships and include the UPS tracking number. We aren’t responsible for systems damaged during shipping, but you can request shipping insurance when you submit your order.
We will accept return requests on undamaged systems for a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Only the original purchaser of the serial number on your system can request a return.
How to Return:
1 Email email@example.com with your order number, and the serial number of the system you wish to return.
2 Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
3 Indicate your address for the shipping label in your return request.
3 A pre-paid UPS shipping label will be sent to the address you provide on the return request.
4 Receive and attach the shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
5 Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the returned.
